@sharlatan @dthompson we should have a sense of humour! I think gcd009 does point out that not everyone agrees with blank project statements. Personally I think both gcds have merit, but it actually may be useful for distros to ban LLM contributions until humans are not deemed lazy ;). So I'll stay with gcd008 for now.

@pjotrprins @sharlatan @dthompson It is a very poor choice of humor here in my opinion, in a very poor moment.
I love having a laugh but I also know my sense of humor is pretty strong for certain cultural backgrounds so I abstain from it, or I keep it to places were people can see it coming.
In a consensus document, we should try to use the minimum common denominator of everything so we can reach some ground for understanding.

@ekaitz_zarraga @pjotrprins @sharlatan there's an element of humor but it's also very serious. no consensus was reached to prohibit vibecoding. so is there consensus to *allow* vibecoding? if not, does each proposal weigh equally? if 1 person objects to the former but, say, 40 object to the latter, does that matter? what's the policy right now if vibecoding is neither permitted nor prohibited?
