sedihnya kegiatan bakar bakar ini masih jadi tradisi rutin. di tempat saya bisa hampir tiap hari karena "musim gugur"
saya pengen manfaatin jadi hal lain pun engga bisa karena keterbatasan tempat dan biaya

Self-care is ongoing. It's not a one and done fix for everything. Take care of yourself today, and tomorrow, and the next day.

I am starting to understand where is the stress comes from
lately I've been sleeping like a log, 12 hours or more. when I woke up, I ended up just either watching anime, series, or movies. tried to work on things, but didn't even last for few mins then I drop it.
apparently the stress comes from because there are a lot of things I don't understand and it makes me stop moving. there are state or case where you dont understand a single thing but you are still moving, there is when the stress wont catch you up, or might be just lower impact than not moving at all.
overwhelm or anything, what you need to do is moving on. either moving on to different direction, or same direction. get things on roll. don't let it stop.

@liztai No, absolutely not. I just sometimes laugh at myself when I look back on the old days and wonder why I ever thought things could be any different. In my country, for years there was a widespread belief that everything on the internet was free. And I think that was what stopped some people from paying even those few zlotys for their own domain. If someone had their own domain, they were regarded as an internet expert – someone who possessed knowledge that was inaccessible to the general public. And that’s utter nonsense. All it takes is a bit of willingness and curiosity to start reclaiming the internet for yourself.
