... so there are a bunch of places that I know about but I can't add to the collection right now, because of the Mastodon server not being at 4.6.x yet or their settings being set to the (privacy-conscious!) defaults and excluded from Collections and discovery.
You should follow them all anyway!

ARCTIC Fan Controller: The Best Fan Controller For Linux Desktops, Less Than $10 USD
Back in March were patches posted by ARCTIC Cooling for an ARCTIC fan controller driver for Linux. Typically we aren't used to seeing desktop/enthusiast focused vendors providing such Linux drivers for peripherals directly but the sad fact is most often it's left up to the open-source community to reverse engineer and create such drivers for Linux. I'll have to test it out myself, but some usual suspects are custom themes or other tweaks, interfering with the default light/dark mode setting.
Please include a screenshot and if it happens to other gnome apps too that are installed the same way, in your report ๐ thanks!
