Manton Reece: "I’ve seen some people post about unfollowing Federico or cancelling their Club MacStories memberships. Is that really what we want, to withdraw support from a long-time blogger who has had such a positive impact on the indie Mac and iOS ecosystem?"
Yes. The answer is *yes*.
The people I know who have decent principles (and the spines to stick to them) are not going to lower their standards just because someone is a "long-term blogger". Tenure doesn't offset the harm here.

Say goodbye to Linked Data Signatures
https://blog.joinmastodon.org/2026/08/mastodon-4.7/
We now support verifying FEP-8b32 Object Integrity Proofs using either eddsa-jcs-2022 or mldsa44-jcs-2024.
The latest version of Mastodon can verify FEP-8b32 integrity proofs, which replace outdated Linked Data Signatures.
